We are excited to announce that we have brand new Self-drive Boat Tours starting today! The tours will be operated by Dream Tour . Below you will find all the details about the exciting new HERO boats, the only self-drive boats available in the UAE that can be driven without a boat licence.

Take the controls as you Captain your own thrilling HERO boat on Dubai’s only self-drive guided boat tour. Get ready for the thrill of a lifetime as you journey along Dubai’s iconic coastline, viewing the world famous Burj al Arab, The Palm Jumeirah Island and Atlantis the Palm Resort along the way.

HERO boats are fun, safe, sturdy and incredibly easy to drive. Captain your own boat as our professional Guides escort you on an exhilarating tour along the coastline of Dubai. Your 90-minute adventure includes the most stunning views and photo opportunities.

Daily – four departure times 8.30am | 10.30am | 12.30pm | 14.30pm
Duration: 2 hours (90 minutes at sea)
AED 790 double rider boat (if you are two people)
AED 690 single rider boat (if you travel alone)
No transfers included
HERO boat, life jacket, water provided.
HERO Captains must be 18 years to drive the boat – no boat license required
HERO passengers must be 8 years old
For best performance, combined weight on-board should not exceed 200kg.
A valid photo ID is required when checking into the HEROs

Target Audience – Who will this appeal to?

As the HERO is safe and stable, it is a fun family activity.
The HEROs are fast and manoeuvrable so anyone looking for a safer experience than a jetski will love it

Rather than being a passenger on a boat with 12-16 other people, guests with a sense of fun and adventure would much prefer to take control and be a HERO instead.

Are they safe?

Tours always commence after a full safety briefing.
Vehicles are not for “hire”. Each tour runs with a convoy of a maximum of 5 boats.

The HERO can’t tip over, making it very stable in the water.
